Damage Caps Constitution prohibits caps.
Joint Liability Reform Yes. Defendants are responsible only for their proportionate share of negligence.
Collateral Source Reform The collateral source rule applies, but only in tort cases. Miller v. Campbell Co., 901 P.2d 1107 (Wy. 1995).
Attorney Fees Limited Yes. Wyoming Contingent Fees Rule 5 Court review.
